Apotheo is a powerful nutrition coaching platform that helps coaches manage client communication and check-ins, automate billing, deliver educational resources, and more.

Integration Features

The MacrosFirst integration with Apotheo allows coaches to view their clients’ nutrition data and granular food diary in Apotheo in real time.

Coaches can also sync new daily nutrition goals from Apotheo directly into their clients' MacrosFirst accounts with the tap of a button. This means that clients no longer have to manually update their daily goals in MacrosFirst when their coach updates them.

The bi-directional syncing of data between MacrosFirst and Apotheo streamlines communication and boosts client compliance, resulting in better results, happier clients, and happier coaches.

Enabling the Integration

The option to connect MacrosFirst in Apotheo is only available to clients who have macro targets assigned by their coach.

1. Go to Integrations

   1. Apotheo website: Accounts > Integrations

   2. Apotheo mobile app: Settings > Integrations

2. Click MacrosFirst

3. Check the "Sync automatically" checkbox to sync nutrition data to Apotheo automatically

4. Click Connect and log in to your MacrosFirst account.

   1. If you do not already have a MacrosFirst account, then logging in to MacrosFirst here will automatically create one for you.

   2. If you already have a MacrosFirst account and you're prompted to log in, then be sure that you log in with the same authentication method that you used when creating your MacrosFirst account initially. Using the same login method will ensure that you're connecting your already existing account to Apotheo instead of creating a brand new account and linking that to Apotheo.

5. Click Connect to enable the integration.
