Tap the ... button on the meal you wish to edit
Tap "Edit Meal"
Rename the meal and/or customize the meal level macro goals
These changes will apply only to this particular meal on this particular date.
If you want to edit a recurring meal so the change applies to every day going forward, go to the Goal tab (mountain 
icon) and tap your goal. From there, you can edit the Goal Meal.
