Here, you’ll find daily breakdowns, interactive charts to spot trends over time, and top food sources for each nutrient, giving you a complete picture of your nutrition.
Viewing your data
Daily targets show how much of each nutrient you’ve consumed compared to your goal, along with the percentage completed.
Tap any nutrient to open a full-screen interactive view with detailed breakdowns, insights, and interactive charts to explore averages and trends over various time periods.
Show or hide nutrients by going to More > Nutrient Settings and toggling individual nutrients on or off. (Note: This does not apply to calories and macronutrients)
