Personal API Access is a MacrosFirst Plus feature.
What is Personal API Access?
Personal API Access lets you build your own applications, dashboards, and other tools that read your MacrosFirst nutrition data. If you want to chart your intake in your own dashboard, pipe your daily totals into a personal project, or connect MacrosFirst to a tool we don't integrate with yet, the API gives you direct access to your data.
Enable Personal API Access
Sign in to your MacrosFirst account at app.macrosfirst.com.
Click Personal API Access.
Create a personal access token and copy it somewhere safe. Your apps use this token to authenticate with the API.
You can create up to 5 personal access tokens. Treat each token like a password and never share it or commit it to a public code repository.
