For foods that you regularly eat together, saving them as a Meal lets you easily add them to your log as a group. For example, you can create a Meal called "Two eggs and cereal" consisting of two eggs a bowl of cereal, and milk. You can then add this as a group, instantly, instead of adding each item separately. You can also save a single item as a meal, if finding that item in your Meals list adds convenience.
Create a Meal
You can create a meal by tapping the +
button in the bottom navigation or the +

Tap "Create Meal"
Enter the Meal name
Add your foods
Fun fact: Food serving sizes can be automatically portioned according to your nutrition goal for that food. For example, if you wanted your meal to contain 100 g of protein from chicken breast, then add chicken breast, enter 100 in the protein field, and observe the ingredient quantity update to provide 100 g of protein. ✨
