You can choose which nutrients appear at the top of your daily Journal, in addition to macros and calories. Pin up to four nutrients from all 57 nutrients tracked in the app, allowing you to keep the metrics that matter most to you front and center.
To pin, remove, or swap nutrients from your Journal:
Tap and hold any pinned nutrient at the top of your Journal
Swap it with a different nutrient or remove it
Select a new nutrient to pin, if desired
To pin, remove, or swap nutrients from Nutrient Settings:
Go to More
Tap Nutrients
In the Pinned Nutrients section, tap and hold a nutrient to remove or swap it
From Nutrient Settings, you can also drag nutrients to reorder how they appear in your Journal.
Pinned nutrients provide quick, at-a-glance insights, and you can tap any pinned nutrient to view full daily totals, trends, and top sources.
