Before you dive into logging your meals, start by setting your goal. When you sign-up up, MacrosFirst will ask you a few questions to craft your custom daily nutrition goal. This includes your macronutrient targets, calories, and other objectives tailored to your needs.
If you ever need to update or recalculate your daily goal, here’s how:

Logging your meals and snacks is a breeze and forms the foundation of your MacrosFirst experience. Our food database is your go-to tool for finding and logging individual foods, meals, or recipes. The barcode scanner and AI-based image search options make it even easier - seriously, you’ll be shocked at how fast it is.
Start a food search from the search field, barcode scan button, or by tapping the + button at the bottom of the screen.

Then, once you’ve found your food, update the serving size to match the portion you’re logging

Finally, tap the Log Food button to add this to your Daily Log.
Or you want to add more foods, simply tap the blue Add button to continue searching or scanning the barcode for the rest of your meal.
